Movie clip of the day!
Ever since Melissa McCarthy's breakout supporting performance in "Bridesmaids" (2011), I've been waiting for another project worthy of her comedic gifts. Well, "Spy" (3.5/4 stars) - released on June 5 - is that film. McCarthy plays a CIA agent previously relegated to a desk, but happily finds herself in "the field" after the main antagonist (Rose Byrne) compromises her colleagues' secret identities. This excessively funny movie also plays up the James Bond spy game to deliver a highly enjoyable two hours of cinema. In the movie clip of the day, Susan (McCarthy) and her nemesis, Rayna Boyanov (Byrne), have a drink on a private jet. Enjoy!
